Our culinary journey began eight years ago with the launch of the first pastry subscription box, Le Chef en Box, as a family venture. Centered around Anaïs, the pastry chef, Julien, the older brother, handles business and partnerships, while Julia, the cousin, manages the brand image. Later, Laurent, our brilliant graphic designer, joined the team!
For three years, we also ran a pastry workshop in Paris, where we taught amateur bakers to deepen their skills.
Building on this experience, we created our first online course,
Pâtisserie en Ligne, over five years ago, followed by courses in french cooking and french baking.
